This Hitting Camp is designed to prepare players for their upcoming Baseball Season. I will use specific drills, training tools and simulated game situations to get all players ready for the season, both physically and mentally. Areas of focus will include: Pitch recognition, Pitch selection, learning and understanding the strike zone, ability to make consistent contact and minimize strike-outs, increase barrel contact and ability to drive the baseball.
Training will be adjusted to the players abilities and skill levels to ensure a positive environment & confidence building experience.
Ages: (8-11) & (12-14) 3 (1 hour) weekly sessions
MONDAY SESSION (3/4, 3/11, 3/18) 6-7pm or 7-8pm
TUESDAY SESSION (3/5, 3/12, 3/19) 6-7pm
THURSDAY SESSION (3/7, 3/14, 3/21) 5:30-6:30
