The focus of my October Hitting Camp is based upon proper Professional Player Development.
Players will work on: Proper Bat Grip, Proper Stance and Balance, Load to Stride, Proper Scap Load at Launch Position, Heel Connection, Proper Hip Turn, Getting Barrel on Plane while keeping hands Inside, Contact Point Focus prior to Contact, Maximum Bat Speed to Contact, Natural extension and Follow-thru. (The ability to Drive baseballs by gaining strength and bat speed will be our focus throughout this Camp)
We will also go over the Mental aspects of Hitting as well as in-game and situational hitting. This will be especially helpful for players that are presently playing Fall Baseball. This Camp is always a great fun experience with a relaxed baseball learning environment.
