If you are looking for a true Baseball Development Program, this is for you. My program is modeled after and focused on refining a players skills & understanding thru high volumes of reps to improve their game. Adjustments will be made to the players as needed and then reinforced by breaking old habits and installing the new adjustments to help the players game and gain consistency and confidence.
-AREAS OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT-
**BATTING**: Proper Stance and Balance, Load to Stride, Reaching proper Launch Position, Heel Connection, Proper Hip Turn, Getting Barrel on Plane while keeping hands Inside, Contact Point Focus prior to Contact, Maximum Bat Speed to Contact, Natural extension and Follow-thru. (The ability to Drive baseballs by gaining strength and bat speed will be our focus).
**FIELDING** Proper form & footwork, Angles of approach, Fielding balls on forehand and backhand, Proper balance thru the Fielding process, Setting your feet prior to throwing the ball, Proper arm angle upon release, Following your throw.
**PITCHING** Proper form & set-up, Learning the wind up and stretch positions, Proper balance thru delivery process, Learning proper arm slot..release point and follow thru, work on accuracy & increase in velocity, Learn different pitches based upon age & Skill level.
**CATCHING** Learn proper stances and Balance..primary, secondary, single knee,Proper receiving of pitches & glove angles, Proper form for blocking and controlling the block,Proper throwing form focusing on footwork..arm path, quickness, accuracy & increase in pop time.
